Dianne Goodwin founded BlueSky Designs in 1997 as a result of her vision and commitment to developing innovative products which help people with disabilities, do what they want to do. She combines her passion for design, recreation and job accomodations with her expertise in rehabilitation engineering.

Thousands of people around the world are using innovative, commercially-available products she designed from concept. Dianne has extensive experience in both bringing commercial products to market and creating custom solutions for individuals with a range of special needs. She also enjoys expanding others awareness of the possibilites through training she provides.

Di continues to seek out significant everyday problems and transform them into opportunities to develop breakthrough solutions.

In the News

  • August 2007 Goodwin reappointed to RESNA Board of Directors.
  • June 2006 Goodwin accepts position as Chair of the Technology Transfer Special Interest Group of RESNA.
  • July 2006 Goodwin named to the board of AccessAbility, a Minneapolis-based non-profit, that provides training, work and recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
  • August 2006 Goodwin appointed to RESNA Board of Directors by Glenn Hedman, incoming RESNA president. The term will last one year, with a possible one year extension.
  • February 2003 Goodwin Named One of America's Most Extraordinary, Entrepreneurial Women
