Approach 1: Attach to the Easy Life with an Adapter Plate, using the holes in the plate spanning the two horizontal tubes. Use an L-Angle extension plate to offset the Wheelchair Bracket.

Attach an Adapter Plate to a frame components with two bolts and lock nuts.

Approach 2: Use a Bridge clamp setup, attaching to the horizontal and vertical tube sections. Put the Adapter Plate on the inside, and use an L-angle extension plate to bring the attachment out to the side, watching for the brake and the footrest.

Attach bridge clamps to the horizontal tube and vertical tube, bridging them with an Adapter Plate.

Offset options

Offsets attach to the wheelchair attachment hardware, and are used to:

Get around obstacles such as trays, brakes, footrests and armrests
Position the Wheelchair Bracket so the post is in the optimal position (post can be inserted and removed, brakes are unobstructed, footrests removed, accommodate the tray, etc)
Adjust the angle of the hardware and/or bracket to make sure the post is vertical
