Ibis

The Ibis armrest is attached to the Sedeo Pro Seating using two Sedeo track nuts with M5 threads. Attach an Adapter Plate 4 to two of these nuts, forward of the armrest bracket. Use an L-angle extension plate to offset it from the armrests.
Sedeo track is common on the Handicare line. The Ibis uses Sedeo Pro Seating and the track slot uses their M5 track nuts. Use two of these to attach the Adapter Plate 4.

This image shows an Adapter Plate 2 attaching to two track nuts. Two 2 L-angle extension plates position the wheelchair bracket forward and out, useful for avoiding armrests and trays.
Add an L-Angle extension to get around the armrest.

Offset options

Offsets attach to the wheelchair attachment hardware, and are used to:

  • Get around obstacles such as trays, brakes, footrests and armrests
  • Position the Wheelchair Bracket so the post is in the optimal position (post can be inserted and removed, brakes are unobstructed, footrests removed, accommodate the tray, etc)
  • Adjust the angle of the hardware and/or bracket to make sure the post is vertical

These plates can all be used to offset. To figure out which offset plate will work for you, see our Offset Guide.

How to mount:

Attach to the Ibis using two of the Handicare/Sedeo M5 T-nuts in the Sedeo Pro seating track. This requires two M5 bolts. Secure the Adapter Plate using the bolts, and use the L-Angle extension plates to position the Wheelchair Bracket where needed.
