B-Series Powerchairs

Notice the holes in the side frame. They accommodate M8 bolts.
Attach the Adapter Plate 4 using 2 M8 bolts. The M8 bolts need to go through the larger holes and wider slot in the plate. Orient the AP4 so there are threaded holes to the front. Once the AP4 is attached, attach the Wheelchair Bracket.

Offset options

Offsets attach to the wheelchair attachment hardware, and are used to:

  • Get around obstacles such as trays, brakes, footrests and armrests
  • Position the Wheelchair Bracket so the post is in the optimal position (post can be inserted and removed, brakes are unobstructed, footrests removed, accommodate the tray, etc)
  • Adjust the angle of the hardware and/or bracket to make sure the post is vertical

These plates can all be used to offset. To figure out which offset plate will work for you, see our Offset Guide.

How to mount:

The OttoBock B-series chair has thru holes on its side frame. Attach an Adapter Plate 4 with M8 bolts and lock nuts, using the larger slots and holts to accommodate the M8 bolts.

Attach a Wheelchair Bracket to the AP4 using the bolts provided. Use an L-Angle Extension Plate to offset it for the armrest or the footrest if needed.
