REA Dahlia 30

Rea Dahlia 30 side view: note the armrest/tie down plate, just behind the footrest tube
The two holes on the plate are threaded for M6 bolts. They can be used to attach the Adapter Plate 4, using the smaller holes and slots. Orient the AP4 vertically, with the threaded holes on top. Do not obscure the tie down loop.
Side view, footrest removed
Showing the back of the armrest/tie-down plate, under the seat. Be sure the bolts attaching the Adapter Plate extend through the tie-down plate. If the room is there and the bolts are long enough, a nut may be applied for added security.

Offset options

Offsets attach to the wheelchair attachment hardware, and are used to:

  • Get around obstacles such as trays, brakes, footrests and armrests
  • Position the Wheelchair Bracket so the post is in the optimal position (post can be inserted and removed, brakes are unobstructed, footrests removed, accommodate the tray, etc)
  • Adjust the angle of the hardware and/or bracket to make sure the post is vertical

These plates can all be used to offset. To figure out which offset plate will work for you, see our Offset Guide.
